Build EAiSER for your campus.

Students see problems every day. They rarely know who to tell.

How would you design EAiSER to solve a real problem on your campus, and how would you get your classmates to use it? You get the engine that reads a photo and writes the report. Everything around it is yours to invent.

EAiSER is our civic app, live on iPhone and Android. Snap a photo of a problem, and Ai writes the report and routes it to the right place.

03 ⁄⁄ How to go about it

Six stages, all open. Split them up.

Start anywhere and come back any time. Bring it together for the pitch.

    Discover

    Find the problems that matter on your campus and the students they affect. Ask them with surveys.

  2. 02

    Design

    Who reports, what gets reported, and where each report goes: facilities, housing, parking or the city.

  3. 03

    Prototype

    Build working prototypes on the EAiSER backbone, with code or with AI. Make as many as you like.

  4. 04

    Feedback

    Put a prototype in people's hands. They mark up what they see and it comes straight back to you.

  5. 05

    Promote

    The campaign that gets classmates to download it and use it: the plan, posts and posters.

    Pitch

    Five minutes, a live demo and the reasons behind your choices.
